Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of DPAILE. By creating an account or connecting a marketplace, you agree to them.
The service
DPAILE provides tools to sync, optimize, monitor, and help protect product listings across the marketplaces you sell on. The service assists with listing quality, buy-box and ranking monitoring, account-health tracking, policy-compliance flagging, and order and returns management.
Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. Activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
Marketplace connections
To use DPAILE you connect one or more marketplace seller accounts. You confirm that you are authorized to connect each account and to allow DPAILE to read data and apply the changes you approve. Your use of each marketplace remains subject to that marketplace's own terms and policies, which you are responsible for following.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the service to violate a marketplace's policies or applicable law.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
- Do not use the service to manage listings or accounts you are not authorized to manage.
- Do not misuse the service to publish infringing, deceptive, or prohibited content.
Optimizations and results
DPAILE recommends and, where you approve, applies changes intended to improve listing quality and marketplace performance. Marketplace ranking, buy-box eligibility, and account-health outcomes are determined by the marketplaces themselves and by factors outside our control. We work the levers that influence these outcomes; we do not guarantee a specific ranking, sales figure, or protection against every enforcement action.
Trials and billing
Free trials are provided without requiring payment details. Paid plans are billed according to the tier you select, based on the number of marketplaces you connect. You are not charged for a paid plan unless you choose one. Scale-tier arrangements may be governed by additional agreed terms.
Liability
The service is provided on an as-is basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for outcomes attributable to marketplace decisions, third-party services, or actions taken outside the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes and termination
We may update the service and these terms as the product evolves; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. You may stop using the service and disconnect your marketplaces at any time. We may suspend or end access where these terms are breached or where required to protect the service or its users.
